In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 7209 of 1998 In the Matter of IAN SHIPLEY & MARIA CARROLL SHIPLEY and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Ian Shipley & Maria Carroll Shipley, a Partnership whose principal place of business is The Nook, 252 Sunderland Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE34 6QY, presented on 16th December 1998, by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 20th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 19th January 1999.
