Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above Company will be held at 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, on 28th January 1999 at 10 a.m., to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following Resolutions as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: That the remuneration of the Liquidator be approved and that the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved, also that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.
