Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Columbia Centre, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1PA, on 22nd January 1999, at 10 a.m., to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Ordinary Resolution: “That the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved.” A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
