Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Mazars Neville Russell, 9-11 Clarendon Street, Nottingham NG1 5HR, on 1st February 1999, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, in the preceding year. A person entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. P. M. Lyon, Liquidator
