Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent BR2 9EQ, on 25th January 1999, at 12 noon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. R. W.
