No. 003633 of 1998 In the Matter of WILLIAM MICHAEL BATY AND MARY BATY and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up William Michael Baty and Mary Baty, a Partnership whose principal place of business was at Old Hall, Bongate, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria CA16 6HW, presented on 25th June 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Halifax VAT Office, Unit Op 140, Dean Clough Industrial Park, Halifax HX3 5AX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 13th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 12th January 1999.
