No. 02679 of 1998 In the Matter of TRANSNATIONAL BUSINESS MAGAZINES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 50 Stratton Street, London W1X 5FL, presented on 7th May 1998 by Midland Bank Plc, of Poultry, London EC2P 2BX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 20th January1999, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Tuesday, 19th January 1999.
