Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between GEZE UK LIMITED and GEZE GRUNDSTUCK UND BETEILIGUNGS GMBH carrying on the business of the manufacture importation distribution assembly marketing and sales of door systems under the firm name of Geze UK has been dissolved as from 30th June 1998. All debts due to and owing by the said Geze UK will be received and paid respectively by Geze UK Limited who will continue to carry on the said business under the firm name of Geze UK Limited.
