Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Alan Stoker, Vincenzo Saurino and Gianfranco Impagliazzo, carrying on business as Restaurateurs under the style or firm name of RISTORANTE CAPRI has been dissolved as from 18th August 1998 so far as concerns Vincenzo Saurino who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Alan Stoker and Gianfranco Impagliazzo who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Ristorante Capri.
