At Extraordinary General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at Chepstow House, Dee Hills Park, Chester CH3 5AR, on 4th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that Steven Leslie Smith, of Mercer & Hole, 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
