Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Poppleton & Appleby, The Old Bakery, Lower Gower Road, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 5EA, on Tuesday, 26th January 1999, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at The Old Bakery, Lower Gower Road, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 5EA, no later than 4 p.m. on the working day prior to the Meeting. M. R.
