Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 8th December 1998, an Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to introduce new and amended waiting restrictions in the High Road, North Finchley, and adjacent side roads. A copy of the proposed Order, which will come into operation on Monday, 14th December 1998, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.
