At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 68 St. James Mill Road, Northampton, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That Brian Stanley Creber, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, an Insolvency Practitioner, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”   By Order of the Board.
