The Kensington and Chelsea (Prescribed Routes) (No. 14) Traffic Order 1998
Kendrick Place-Experimental One-Way Working

Notice is hereby given that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 3rd November 1998, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and of all other powers thereunto enabling.   The effect of the Order will be to bring into force the experimental south-eastbound one-way working in Kendrick Place.   A copy of the proposed Order, which will come into operation on 30th November 1998 and all other relevant documents (including a relevant plan showing the one-way working), may be inspected at:   (a) Local Studies Desk, Central Reference Library, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesdays and between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays inclusive;   (b) Planning Information Office, Room 325, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, between the hours 9.15 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays and between the hours 9.15 a.m. and 4.15 p.m. on Fridays inclusive.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.   If the provisions of the Order continue in force for a period of not less than 6 months, the Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of the Order should be reproduced and continued in force indefinitely by means of an Order made under section 6 of the said Act of 1984.
