Great Yarmouth Port Authority Navigation (Haven) Byelaws 1997

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions intends to confirm, with modifications, the Great Yarmouth Port Authority Navigation (Haven) Byelaws 1997, made by the Great Yarmouth Port Authority on 25th March 1997.   The modified Byelaws may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Great Yarmouth Port Authority (the address of which is given below). Copies of the modified Byelaws may be obtained from that office, either by personal application or by post.   Any objection to the modified Byelaws should be addressed to the Secretary of State, The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Ports (2) Division, Zone 4/13, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR, within 28 days from the date at the foot of this notice.   A copy of the objection should also be sent, at the same time, to the Chief Executive, Great Yarmouth Port Authority, at the address below.
