At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 195 Knightsbridge, London SW7 1RE, on 7th October 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that D. B. Coakley, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Connaught House, Alexandra Terrace, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P. J.
