OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND PIPE-LINES (ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS) REGULATIONS 1998Pursuant to Regulation 4(5) of the above Regulations, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry gives notice that, being content that the requirements of the above Regulations have been satisfied, he has granted consent to Conoco (U.K.) Limited to the getting of petroleum and the construction of an installation in relation to the development of the Vampire gas field. This consent took effect from 5th October 1998, and shall last until 31st December 2001.
