Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Western Aggregates Ltd for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 10,000 cubic metres per day of trade effluent (groundwater) to the River Lugg, at National Grid Reference SO 5342 4274, from Lugg Bridge Quarry, Lugg Bridge, Hereford.
  Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 11th December 1998, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/LM/AN0286701.
  A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Hadnock Road, Monmouth NP5 3NQ.
