VALE OF WHITE HORSE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Vale of White Horse District Council (Off-street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 1) Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that the Vale of White Horse District Council, with the consent of Oxfordshire County Council, and in consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to regulate the control and management of a new parking place on land adjoining 45 The Vineyard, Abingdon, subject to charges and other restrictions, the details of which are set out below. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at The Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, until 26th November 1998. The Order is to come into force on 16th October 1998. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any of the Act or of any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from 13th October 1998, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
