The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Pay and Display) Experimental Order (No. 4) (Variation No. 1) Order 1998

Revised Layout of On-street Parking Places

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 16th October 1998, made the above Order. Under the existing Experimental Order, 5 Pay and Display bays were introduced outside Newton Court, Kensington Church Street. The general effect of this Order is to remove 1 Pay and Display bay in order to improve access.   Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for all purposes on 2nd November 1998 and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made in The Parking Policy Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.   Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
