Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 29th October 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m., by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Members and Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxies are not required to be Members or Creditors of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting. M. C.
