Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Haven Leisure Ltd for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 2,542 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to the Irish Sea (Cadigan Bay) at National Grid Reference SH 4440 3598 from Haven Leisure Ltd (previously Butlins Starcoast World).   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 10th November 1998.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Ffordd Penlan, Parc Menai, Bangor LL57 2EF.
