New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Section 58

Notice of Substantial Road Works

Three months advance notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council (Highways Authority) intends to carry out substantial road works.   2. The roads in which these works will take place is:     U334 Bathurst Walk, Richings Park—and parts of the following adjoining side roads.     U334 Syke Ings     U334 Wellesley Avenue Service Road to Railway Station.   3. Work is expected to affect the existing footways and carriageways between:   Syke Ings and Bathurst Close.   4. Work is expected to commence on Monday, 11th January 1999.   5. The works notified will include the following:   (a) From Syke Ings to Bathurst Close the full width of the Public Highway   (b) The works will include the installation of Traffic Calming features, the provision of parking areas and reconstruction of carriageway and footways.   6. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described in Paragraph 5 without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
