Stopping-up of Footway in Front of 21-23 Tavern Street, Ipswich

Notice is hereby given that Ipswich Borough Council intends to apply to the Ipswich Magistrates’ Court at Elm Street, Ipswich, on Monday, 5th October 1998, at 2.15 p.m., for an Order authorising the stopping-up of the footway in front of 21-23 Tavern Street, Ipswich, on the grounds that the said highway is unnecessary.
  The effect of the said Order is shown on the plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the reception desk at the Council Offices, Civic Centre, Civic Drive, Ipswich, between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
