Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Robert David Milnes, Brian Lewis Evans, Patrick Mullins and Donald Coulson Howard, carrying on business as Solicitors at Nottingham, Mansfield, Eastwood and Hucknall, under the style or firm of ROBERT BARBER & SONS, has been dissolved as from the 30th April 1998, so far as concerns the said Brian Lewis Evans, who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Robert David Milnes, Patrick Mullins and Donald Coulson Howard, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm of Robert Barber & Sons.
