Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 6.137 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 28th August 1998, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Trustee’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Trustee should have his release under section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 27th August 1998 to entitle you to vote at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
