A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Trustee in Bankruptcy, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before them a summary of his final receipts and payments account and to consider whether he should have his release as Trustee in Bankruptcy, pursuant to section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Incorporating Taylor Gotham & Fry), The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, on 25th August 1998, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on Monday, 24th August 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt if you have not already lodged one.
