At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at James & Uzzell, 42 St. James Crescent, Swansea SA1 6DR, on 21st July 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Anthony Edward James, of James & Uzzell, 42 St. James Crescent, Swansea SA1 6DR, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”   This notice is purely formal.
