TUDOR WALLACE LTD.Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Studio C3, The Old Imperial Laundry, 71 Warriner Gardens, London SW11 4XW, on 7th August 1998, at 12.15 p.m., for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and of appointing a Liquidation Committee. Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and the Meeting may receive information about or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account at the registered office, Moore Stephens Booth White, Sidcup House, 12-18 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, not later than 12 noon on 6th August 1998. For the purposes of voting, a secured Creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at Moore Stephens Booth White, Sidcup House, 12-18 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
