A Meeting of Contributories and a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having laid before them a report and an account of the Liquidator’s receipts and payments and to grant him his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meetings will be held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE, on 24th August 1998, at 11.15 a.m. for Creditors and 11.30 a.m. for Contributories respectively, to receive the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account and report and to consider whether the Liquidator should receive his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
