Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that annual Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Geoffrey N. Burford & Co., Eaglehurst, 110 Cyncoed Road, Cyncoed, Cardiff CF2 6BL, on Friday, 21st August 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year.   Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at the office of the Liquidator, Geoffrey N.
