In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 3033 of 1998In the Matter of MILES HEATING AND PLUMBING SERVICES (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, whose principal place of business is 22 Chesterton Terrace, Plaistow, Greater London E13 0DG, presented on 28th May 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 11th August 1998.
