Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the above-named Pension Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Alsop Wilkinson, Alsop Stevens, Alsop Stevens Bateson Lane-Smith, Alsop Stevens Batesons & Co. and Alsop Stevens & Co.   If you were an employee of Alsop Wilkinson, Alsop Stevens, Alsop Stevens Bateson Lane-Smith, Alsop Stevens Batesons & Co. and Alsop Stevens & Co., and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme but have not been notified by the Trustees directly of the winding-up, please contact M. Pinfold, of Dibb Lupton Alsop, India Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool L2 0NH, within two months of the date of the publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will finalise the wind-up of the Scheme with the benefits being secured with an insurance company. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
