In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 3636 of 1998In the Matter of JOHN WOODWARD and VIVIEN WOODWARD (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up John Woodward and Vivien Woodward (the Partnership), whose principal place of business is Wear Bay Business Centre, Unit 8, Bowles Well Gardens, Folkestone, Kent CT19 6PQ, presented on 25th June 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Canterbury VAT Office, Clarkson House, Rhodaus Town, Canterbury, Kent, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 11th August 1998.
