MAPLESTAR SYSTEMS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Marks Tey Hotel, London Road, Colchester, Essex CO6 1DU, on Tuesday, 11th August 1998, at 11 a.m., in order to receive a statement of affairs of the Company, to hear the board present a report on the Company’s situation, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators, and if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee, and to pass any other resolution necessary. Other Resolutions to be considered at this Meeting include those dealing with the Liquidators’ fees, the costs of preparing the statement of assets and liabilities and the costs of convening the Meeting.
