Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Pannell House, 6-7 Litfield Place, Clifton, Bristol, on 19th August 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, to be followed at 10.15 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 11.15 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
