FRONTIERS TRAVEL PLC

A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 7th September 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will follow at 11.30 a.m at the same date and place.
