POWEREARLY LIMITED (t/a Power Engineering Services)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Freeman Rich, Floor D, Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1LE, on 31st July 1998, at 12.30 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. This Meeting may also consider the terms upon which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the Meeting may be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting of Creditors. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account, at the office of the licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Freeman Rich, Floor D, Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day preceding the Meeting of Creditors.
