Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on Wednesday, 26th August 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may have been given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
