CONSTABLE GROUP PLC(formerly Meteor Technology Plc)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Constable Group plc will be held at 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Friday, 31st July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 98, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, during business hours on 29th and 30th July 1998, at the offices of B N Jackson Norton, 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ. The Meeting may be requested to consider a Resolution agreeing to the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
