On 15th July 1998 the Company was placed in Members’ voluntary liquidation. T. C. Evans, of Rogers Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, was appointed Liquidator by the Shareholders. The Liquidator gives notice pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules, 1986 that the Creditors of the Company must send details in writing of any claim against the Company at the above address by 28th August 1998 which is the last date for proving claims. The Liquidtaor gives notice that after this date he will make a Final Distribution to Creditors and that a Creditor who does not make a claim by the date mentioned will not be included in the distribution.
