The folowing notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 7846 of The London Gazette dated 17th July 1998 which referred to Buffalo Stationer Limited in error: In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 1988 of 1998In the Matter of THE BUFFALO STATIONER LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of No. 6 Worcester Court, Avondale Avenue, London N12 8EL, presented on 15th June 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, London Central VAT Office, 2nd Floor, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 28th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 27th July 1998.
