A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator at the request of a Creditor under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and to consider if deemed appropriate, to pass the following Resolution, and that the Liquidator be granted his release under section 172 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of David Rubin & Company, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 3LY, on 19th August 1998, at 11 a.m. A proxy must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
