Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of John G Smith (Thurrock) Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Crown House, Crown Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 3HS, on Friday, 14th August 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up to 14th July 1998. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Crown House, Crown Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 3HS, by not later than 12 noon on 13th August 1998. A. D.
