At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Dorsub (AGH) Limited (formerly Arcadia Group Holdings Limited), held at 6-10 Great Portland Street, London W.1, on 15th July 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that Colin Graham Bird and Anthony Victor Lomas, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” I.
