Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members and the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Larking Gowen, St. Cuthbert’s House, 4th Floor, 7 Upper King Street, Norwich NR3 1RB, on 4th September 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account of the conduct of the winding-up and the disposal of the Company’s property, and authorising the Joint Liquidators to dispose of the books, papers and other records of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 7 Queen Street, Norwich NR2 4ST, by no later than 12 noon on 3rd September 1998.
