A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Liquidators’ report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidators should have their release under section 174 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, at 11 a.m. on 17th August 1998.
