Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will take place at the offices of Ward Segal Divecha, 29 Welbeck Street, London W1M 8DA, on Thursday, 30th July 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the past year. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 29 Welbeck Street, London W1M 8DA, no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 29th July 1998, before the Meeting. W.
