A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 by the Liquidator for the purpose of considering the following Resolutions: That the Liquidators’ report on the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 be accepted; and that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held, at the offices of Turpin Barker & Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 28th August 1998, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged at the registered office of the Company, now situated at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one. Creditors entitled to attend the Meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxies are not required to be Creditors of the Company. M. C.
