Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of The Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company will be held at Rifsons Saud, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB, on 14th August 1998, at 11 a.m., to receive an account of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and all other documents of the Company shall be disposed of.
